Hello, I’m Ravid, and I’m thrilled to share that I took the reins of Gilt and Flint Organic Brew House in November 2023. For me, this isn’t just a brewery—it’s a dream come true. My journey here started with Harry, who handed me the incredible opportunity to turn a lifelong passion into a career. With a background steeped in fine dining, I’ve spent years honing my craft as a chef, specializing in the art of foraging, fermenting, and creating bold flavors that tell a story. Now, I’m bringing that same dedication and creativity to brewing sustainable, organic beers that reflect my love for the planet and exceptional taste.
Cooking has been a big part of my life, wild-picked ingredients, tangy kombuchas, sharp vinegars, and vibrant lacto-fermentations all took part in me creating good, honest food. Alongside that, I’ve been home brewing for years, experimenting with hops and grains to craft beers with a soul. At Gilt and Flint, I’m blending those culinary skills with a deep commitment to sustainability. Our beers aren’t just drinks—they’re a celebration of nature, made with 100% organic ingredients grown in harmony with the earth. We’ve already come a long way, but the best is yet to come.
